Yes. How you cancel depends on where you purchased your subscription:

• Web or Google Play purchases: You can either cancel auto-renewal yourself in your account settings, or email us at nihao@chineseskill.com and we'll help you right away.
• App Store purchases: Apple requires cancellations to be managed directly through your Apple ID settings. We can guide you through the steps if needed.

Refund eligibility depends on where you purchased your subscription:

• App Store & Google Play purchases: Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google and will be handled according to the respective platform's refund policies.
• Web purchases: Our 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first-time purchase of an annual membership. Renewals and subsequent purchases are not eligible. To request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at nihao@chineseskill.com.
